I would like to specially mention Rithika. She is a dedicated person to her job and truly understands our needs. She was extremely kind and soft spoken while helping me select my glasses. She took the time and effort to understand all my requirements and patiently guided me through the options. She even followed up to make sure I arrived before my appointment, which I truly appreciate. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me select four different pairs of glasses! Yes 4 pairs! She helped answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Her communication via WhatsApp was timely and clear, which made everything even easier. She genuinely cared about helping me find the right options, and her friendly, professional approach made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Ritika!
It’s a highly deserved 5 star for this store. I had an incredible experience here. The staff is so warm and friendly. Ritika helped me get my contact lenses ordered and she was very professional and kind. She is the sweetest person. The process was very smooth and quick.
I have sensitive eyes and took me a while to figure out learning how to wear contacts but Diba is so patient, I thank her for all the guidance and time spent on teaching me. I recommend this store to everyone. Definitely coming back to get new glasses too.
